Sales Manager (West)
Experience: 10 to 15 years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Any Specialization), MBA (Any specialization)
Location: Mumbai
  • Defines and ensures implementation of sales strategy, policies and guidelines in line with overall business strategy
  • Manage all aspects of business development including identifying opportunities and presenting products or services to clients
  • Defines key markets and identifies key customers within the assigned area
  • Ensuring effective sales of Wind Turbines to major IPPs
  • Prepare detailed business proposals and techno-commercial offers tailored to client requirements
  • Manages completion of budgets and regular sales reporting
  • Drives customer focus and contributes to customer-related product development initiatives

  • Handle collection issues and ensure timely payments from customers as per contract terms
  • Experience in LC negotiations including sight and usance LC
  • Drive reduction of overdue balances and improve cash flow
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to manage notices for delayed payments or unmet contract terms
  • Maintain database of payment terms and payment status for each project
  • Coordinate with departments to support banker or lender requirements for loan sanction and disbursement
  • Prepare and report monthly collection rolling forecasts
  • Develop, implement, and enforce credit control policies and procedures
  • Prepare and present reports on receivables, bad debts, and risk exposure
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

Wind Resource Assessment (WRA)- Technical Support + NPPD
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Qualification: Any degree
Location: Delhi
  • Identify and evaluate new wind farm sites in coordination with land aggregators
  • Validate and assess quality of Met Mast and LiDAR data
  • Analyze wind shear, turbulence intensity, and extreme wind conditions
  • Prepare Annual Energy Production (AEP) assessments and reports
  • Develop comprehensive project dossiers with technical and site-specific details
  • Recommend suitable turbine models based on IEC site classification in coordination with engineering teams
  • Provide technical support for techno-commercial bid preparation
  • Collaborate with sales teams to address customer queries and optimize AEP outcomes
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking including PLF and AEP analysis
  • Perform micro-siting and wind farm layout optimization to maximize energy yield
  • Model wake losses and assess curtailment impacts
  • Ensure compliance with IEC standards and certification requirements
  • Perform power curve verification and performance evaluation
  • Lead performance guarantee validation and contractual assessments
  • Conduct risk assessment for complex terrain and challenging wind conditions
  • Coordinate with Sales, Projects, and R&D teams
  • Develop market-specific strategies based on wind resource and site characteristics
  • 5 to 10 years of experience
